Change: It Starts With Me

They say change is constant. It may be about the things in the world, about the physical appearance of something or someone or about yourself: beliefs, perspectives or your attitude. In the world, there are two kinds of people when dealing with the change of attitude. One is the person who changes from having a bad attitude to a good one, and another is vice versa. Now let me ask you, have you changed for the better or even made an action to do so? If you ask me, I am.

There was a lesson that one of our teachers have taught us. He told us that the humanity was born with good attitudes. But as years pass by, their attitudes are slowly turning to a very unpleasant one. They learned how to steal, abuse, kill and many others. I once asked myself, what can I do to bring back the kind of humanity that our teacher was describing. Then one word enlightened my life, CHANGE. Little by little, day by day, I tried changing my life and my attitudes. There was a time when I was about to give up. How would these changes affect me anyway? But then, I realized something: It all starts with me and will end up on me as well. U
ntil now, I'm still trying and trying to change. My friends and parents are my witnesses. There may be times when I stop for a while, but at least, I keep moving on.

I only live once so I must do everything I wanna do in a way that it'll be pleasant in God's sight. I must live in a world where everyone could see the change I am doing. And most especially, I must live life to the fullest.
